Job Outfitters
Warm and welcoming volunteers are needed to assist clients shopping for career clothing. Volunteers are also assist with donation drop offs, folding, sorting, and organizing career clothing. Volunteers are needed Mondays from 7:30 am-11:30 am, Tuesday from 7:30 am-11:30 am, Wednesdays 7:30am-4:30 pm, and Thursdays from 7:30 am-10:30am.
Leadership & Public Service Institute
YWCA Lincoln seeks mentors for our Leadership and Public Service Institute (LPSI). LPSI is a year long program for young women who are incoming high school Freshmen seeking leadership opportunities. The Leadership & Public Service Institute's mission is to educate young women about the importance of public service and to improve their leadership skills. SMART Girls Club
YWCA Lincoln seeks volunteers to be assistants to SMART Girls Club Facilitators, who help girls in 4th and 5th grades, explore science, technology, engineering and math fields in a supportive environment. Facilitators and girls work together to establish a relationship-centered learning community. Girls collaboratively explore hands-on, open-ended projects and investigations.
