The YWCA's Tribute to Women Awards has been a Lincoln tradition for more than a generation and continues as an annual recognition to honor the professional and volunteer contributions women make to our community.

About Tribute to Women

Tribute to Women is an annual award program that recognizes outstanding women in our community. In addition to the Tribute Award, the Chrysalis Award recognizes young women who are emerging leaders, and the Gladys Forsyth Award recognizes exemplary businesses and organizations that support women and minorities. Tribute's Tribute, added in 2006, gives everyone in our community the opportunity to publicly honor a woman who has played an important role in thier life. Women honored may be colleagues, friends, neighbors, or relatives who are living are who are deceased, and who deserve a personal tribute listing in the awards program.
