Respite provides hope

and relief for families

 

Some families maybe able to take a well deserved break, an evening out or just a short getaway. Without support systems or financial resources many families so not have the promise of a break. For some families, their loved ones may require a provider with special skills. Where can families call for hope and relief?

 

Respite Network

 

The Respite Network is the centralized coordination point for the Lincoln/Lancaster County respite service delivery system. Parents or care givers can rely on the services of the Respite Network to provide assistance in accessing crisis or temporary respite services.

 

Accessing the Respite Network

 

Call the Respite Network during office hours at:

Messages may be left on voice mail after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends. There are no eligibility requirements to access the Respite Network. Anyone may call who is in need of respite services.
